The Rugvista management trainee program for graduates and young professionals will be the perfect starting point if you are interested in pursuing a career in e-commerce, business management, or similar paths. The program will offer you the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and management team for a period of 12-18 months. During this period, you will be exposed to different areas of the company and the program will serve as a great platform to kick-start your career. While being part of the management trainee program, you will have the chance to continuously develop your skill set, make valuable contributions, and take on responsibilities from day-one.

By joining our Rugvista Management Trainee Program, you will be offered a full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Toward the end of the program, you will, in consultation with the company’s management team, identify a permanent role with our organization. To qualify for the program, you will have graduated from a university not more than 24 months ago and we expect that you have a maximum of two years of relevant working experience.
