About Rugvista

Rugvista Group is a leading European direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce company specializing in rugs. Founded in 2005, the Group sells rugs online across Europe with a focus on design, customer experience and operational efficiency. The Group operates under the Rugvista brand.

Rugvista offers a broad and curated assortment across different price segments and styles. A large share of our volume is based on in-house design, complemented by a unique selection of rugs developed in close collaboration with long-term manufacturing partners.

The Group operates across three geographical regions: DACH, Nordics and Rest of the World. Rugvista Group’s headquarters and fulfillment center are located in Malmö, Sweden, with a smaller office in Berlin, Germany. During 2025, the Group had an average of 94 full-time employees.

The company’s shares are traded on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market under the ticker symbol “RUG”.
