Strategic priorities

Rugvista Groups’s strategy is focused on delivering sustainable, profitable growth in the European online rug market. With a scalable business model and a strong financial position, we aim to achieve double-digit organic growth over time while progressing towards our long-term EBIT margin target of 15 percent.

Strengthen customer experience and market position in Europe

Rugvista works to strengthen its position in Europe by improving the customer experience and increasing relevance across our key regions: DACH, Nordics and Rest of the World. By combining a curated assortment with high service levels and efficient delivery, we build customer trust and create the foundation for long-term profitable growth.

We refine the end-to-end customer journey to ensure clarity, reliability and a consistent online experience, while strengthening our operations and processes to support continued growth in a cost-efficient and scalable way.

Develop assortment and in-house design

A strong and distinctive assortment is at the core of Rugvista’s offering. A large share of our products is designed in-house, complemented by a unique selection of rugs developed in close collaboration with long-term manufacturing partners.

We continuously renew and optimize our product portfolio to meet customer preferences across different price segments, styles and rug categories. Through long-term supplier partnerships and efficient purchasing, we combine design and assortment development with strong commercial execution and profitability.

Drive efficiency and scalability through technology and operational excellence

Rugvista’s integrated technical platform and centralized operating model enable scalable growth and disciplined execution. We use data and automation to strengthen commercial decision-making, improve marketing effectiveness and support continuous development of our customer offering.

Operational excellence is embedded across the organization, with a strong focus on efficient processes, structured planning and scalable logistics and fulfillment capabilities. By continuously refining our operating model, we create the conditions for sustainable and profitable growth over time.
